I chose the field of hearing aids, thanks to my mother, who was diagnosed with meningitis at the age of 12, and who lived well despite the obstacles caused by her hearing loss.

After my hearing aid studies in 1987, I joined the clinic of Mr. Ian Mark. I immediately liked the way he worked with patients. He taught me a lot and I really appreciate it. Over time, I took on more responsabilities and acquired the clinic.

What gives me the greatest pleasure in my job is that we make a difference in people's lives every day. At Mark&Lachance, we strive to improve the quality of life of all the people around us, and I feel that each of us really do so.

My basic value is respect, I believe that if we act with respect towards our peers and ourselves, everything is accomplished in harmony and with pleasure.

What led you to do become a hearing care professional?My grandparents wear hearing aids, which allowed me to discover this area and give me the desire to help others around me so they can hear better and thrive in their social life.
